Nucleo Coaching is a veteran-owned firm in Lakeville, Minnesota that offers five services: team facilitation, keynotes, leadership workshops, certified assessments and executive coaching. We work in person across Minnesota and by video anywhere in the U.S. We facilitate the sessions where teams make their big decisions, speak at the events where people come together, teach the skills leaders need next, show people where they stand, and coach leaders through the change. Most clients use two or three of these together.
