This was my first experience being coached in a structured way and Tony put me at ease straight away. I appreciated his relaxed and thoughtful approach to our sessions, allowing me to feel completely at ease to ask and raise anything on my mind. During the sessions, Tony actively listened and asked insightful questions, challenging me to think in a completely different way. He also pointed me to some brilliant and interesting podcasts and resources, which have played a huge part in my renewed focus on my self-development. As a result of our time together, I have started to prioritise my wellbeing, I have become more self-aware, and now have the tools I need to keep working on my growth mindset, and positive self-talk. Tony for the last 6 months has been both my life coach in addition to being my professional development coach.
